The Princeton Review will offer a FREE SAT strategy session on Wednesday 3/10 from 2:30-3:45 in Room 326. Please sign up in the Counseling Center.

Transcript Requests
Any graduate of Cardinal O'Hara High School or Notre Dame High School may acquire a transcript from this office. Forms are available in the office from 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. on school days. You can also download the form here. If you are unable to come into the office, we will need a letter authorizing us to release your transcript to a college or employer. We require the following information: Your name, (Maiden name, if applicable), year of graduation, social security number or birthdate (something that identifies you alone), name and address of the college or employer requesting transcript. There is a $4.00 processing fee.
